About Us

BusinessU Ventures is a global experiential education organization dedicated to empowering all youth to become ethical leaders and innovative problem-solvers. Founded by Princess Agina—an Oxford University MBA alumna, Peace Corps and Fulbright Scholar alumna, and lecturer at Oxford University’s Hertford College—BusinessU designs transformative learning experiences that equip students with entrepreneurial, leadership, and sustainability skills aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). Recognized for its impactful work, BusinessU Ventures was honored through its founder receiving the prestigious 2024 Women of the Future Award.

Through immersive programs in Oxford, Mexico, India, Costa Rica, and across the U.S., BusinessU Ventures connects students to some of the world’s most inspiring academic and entrepreneurial ecosystems. These experiences combine classroom learning, hands-on projects, and cultural immersion, providing young people with the tools to tackle global challenges and expand their view of what’s possible.

BusinessU has proudly partnered with institutions such as the U.S. Department of State, Costa Rica Ministry of Education, and the Yucatán Institute of Entrepreneurship to develop impactful programs that drive change. Today, BusinessU continues to forge meaningful collaborations with universities, local organizations, and global networks to inspire the next generation of purpose-driven leaders.
